Welcome Aboard: Located in the Hospitality Suite, come say hi to your old friends and make some new ones, Hospitality Suite will be open from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm, make sure to check in and let us know you are here.

Thursday September 11 th
Casino bus trip. Busses will pick us up at the hotel and take us to a Casino in Atlantic City. There you will be given a voucher for money and possibly food as well. You can spend your money in the casino or pocket it. You can walk the boardwalk, have dinner and just enjoy the atmosphere. The trip ends up costing virtually nothing, you'll get back at least $15.00.
Time: 2:00 pm pick-up at hotel with a return time of 9:00 pm Approximately 2½ hours of this is travel time.
If it's not to late the Hospitality Suite will be open for awhile when we get back.

Friday September 12
This is a great package. We start out at 9:00 am for a tour of the Battleship New Jersey; they even have a video tour for the people who may not be able to do the regular tour. From there we go ½ mile to the Adventure Aquarium. We have lunch on our own while there. At 3:00 we head back to the hotel where you have the rest of the night free. The Hospitality Suite will be open when we get back and will only close a little while for dinner.

Saturday September 13
Today you are on your own until the Banquet this evening. There are Golf Courses,  Shopping Malls and Historic Philadelphia all within minutes of the hotel. Enjoy your day and we'll see you tonight for the Banquet/Dance.

Banquet:
1 hour open bar from 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Sit down dinner being served at 6:30

Due to the tremendous rise in the price of gas, the price of everything has gone up. Our buses will cost more because of the price of diesel I'm really glad we locked in the hotel for such a good price when we did. Hopefully the prices will not affect our turn out.
